Invoice Entry into FreeAgent System
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have about 340 electronic PDF invoices that I need to be entered into FreeAgent. The job is quite straightforward but requires accuracy and attention to detail. The majority of invoices are for one item or quantities of the same item and will take no longer than 1-2 minutes each.
Full instruction will be provided.
Key Tasks and Requirements:
- Data Entry: You will be responsible for entering the invoices into the system.
- Categorization: The invoices need to be categorized by vendor and expense type.
- Information Extraction: You'll also need to extract the invoice number, vendor name, invoice date, and items purchased from each invoice.
- Uploading the PDF for each invoice
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency with FreeAgent or other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and categorization.
- Experience with data extraction and organization.
- Familiarity with UK book-keeping
