UK Investment Property Research, Data Collection and Analysis - don't need to be based in the UK - November 2021
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I am a property sourcer/entrepreneur based in the UK, I need someone that is competent at internet research, data entry, collection and analysis especially via excel. The chosen freelancer will be searching online for properties for sale that match my criteria. Once properties have been found the freelancer will insert the property opportunity into a Property Deal excel and google spreadsheet.

I will need someone to find deals that suit my criteria (internet research on 2 or 3 websites) and the complete spreadsheets that will show
1. Key details of main property like address, house price, bedrooms etc
2. A list of recent sales gained by searching http://rightmove.co.uk
3. How much properties are currently selling for using http://rightmove.co.uk and http://zoopla.co.uk
4. How much the property would rent for using right move searching http://rightmove.co.uk
Once this information has been entered into the Spreadsheet given, the freelancer will be able to tell if the deal is something I should pursue.
One property deal analysis sheet takes about 5 minutes. The task is to complete 20 property deal analysis per week. So it's approximately 2.5 hours work per week.
The BUDGET for this is £25 for 20 property deal analysis sheets completed.
