Inventory PDF to Excel Transfer Program
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a program to accurately transfer data from complex inventory lists, presented as PDFs, into our pre-existing Excel sheets. This will require expertise in data management and programming.
Expectations for the program:
1. Handle PDFs: The PDFs are inventory lists with multiple fields to consider like item, quantity, cost, supplier and location. Your program needs to take this multifaceted data and accurately transpose it.
2. Excel Transfer: The data will need to be transferred to our Excel sheets, following specific formatting and arrangement requirements.
Ideal skills and experience:
• Programming (ideally Python or similar)
• Experience with data extraction and data management
• Familiarity with PDF and Excel file interactions
• Attention to detail
The end goal is to have a program to handle this process efficiently and accurately to minimize errors in data transfer and save us valuable time.
