Intermodal Transport Logistics Dispatcher

I'm seeking a highly experienced dispatcher situated in Mexico or the U.S. within the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones. Primary responsibilities will include logistical coordination related specifically to intermodal sea transport. The ideal candidate has at least a basic understanding of port terminology associated with imports, exports, containers, and drayage.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Utilizing WhatsApp to communicate trucking assignments
- Coordinating transport logistics for smooth operations,
- Managing customer service interactions effectively and professionally.
A computer with installed software and training will be provided for the software used to perform these operations. The is a home-based computer-oriented project.
