Intermediate Virtual Assistant Support

Title:
Virtual Assistant for Live-Selling Jewelry Business (Social Media + Live Show Support + Listings)

Rate: $12/hour
Hours: 10–20 hours/week (fixed schedule, with some flexibility)

About Me:
I run a boutique jewelry, crystal, and vintage brand and sell live on District, Whatnot, Facebook, and TikTok. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA who can help with social posting, supporting during live shows, and listing new pieces.

Responsibilities:
• Support during live shows (chat moderation, pinning comments, answering simple questions)
• Create and upload listings on Whatnot, District, Facebook, TikTok Shop
• Prepare posts and schedule social-media content
• Basic image editing for product photos
• Create short clips from lives for TikTok & Facebook
• Track inventory with simple spreadsheets
• Assist with weekly show prep
• Communicate clearly and consistently

Requirements:
• Strong English
• Comfortable with jewelry, crystals, or vintage items
• Experience with Whatnot, Facebook Live, TikTok, or District
• Fast typing + multitasking
• Can work during my scheduled live times (EST preferred but flexible)
• Reliable internet + good communication
• Stable weekly availability

Bonus Skills:
• Light Canva editing
• Experience supporting live streamers
• Familiarity with e-commerce listings
