Interactive MS Forms Employee Quiz

I created a Microsoft Forms quiz for employee training and assessment. The quiz is intended to be engaging and interactive, moving away from the usual traditional assessments. When a student answers the question - and gets it wrong - or doesnt know the answer - I want them to be able to click an additional link located next to the question - so they see the correct information (perhaps by clicking a video or reading a short paragraph) so they learn the info. Are you able to assist me programming this in my Microsoft quiz?
