Instagram shout for shout and podcast interview opportunity generation

I need someone to compile Instagram accounts that meet a certain criteria and then to message them.
I’m looking for instagram accounts that are similar to the account I’m currently growing. instagram.com/zacjuergensen
The workload would
I want to reach out to a lot of other accounts to see if we can promote each others accounts.
My account focuses on building financial wealth paired with deeper philosophical thought to live a better life through reasonable financial freedom. I need to find accounts that appeal to similar audiences as well as people who listen to podcasts. So the ultimate goal is find people on Instagram interested in the following areas who listen to podcasts.
Accounts must be within these categories:
FIRE (Financially Independent Retire Early) (fat fire, lean fire acceptable as well)
Real Estate rentals
Airbnbs
Stock Market
Investing
Cryptocurrenices
NFT’s
Investment Opportunities
Budgeting
Personal Finance
Asset Management
Early Retirement
Goal setting

Accounts must be over 1k followers and under 10k followers. (this will change as we grow)
Upon hiring I will provide two separate messages which you can copy and paste in order to directly reach out to the accounts. One will be to gain opportunities for Shout 4 Shouts. The other templated message will be to land opportunities for me to get onto other peoples podcasts. Data will be inputted onto a shared google drive.
I need someone who can spend 5-6 hours a week doing this. We will continue to refine and tweak this project as needed to maximize results. Prefer people in North American time zones, but not necessary
Monthly budget not to exceed $30.00 USD/month
