Looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help clean up fake or low-quality followers on our business Instagram account, without risking real audience loss.

Seeking a careful, detail-oriented freelancer to manually remove fake/bot/suspicious followers from our business Instagram page while protecting our real audience and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manually review our followers and remove only obvious fake, bot, or spam accounts.
- DO NOT remove real followers under any circumstances.
- Before removing, always check profile details, posts, and engagement to confirm it is not a real follower.
- Remove a maximum of 100 followers per day, spaced throughout the day (e.g. small batches of 10–15 at a time).
- Maintain a simple log including:
- Date and number of followers removed.
- Usernames of removed accounts.
- A separate list of followers who have engaged with our content (likes, comments, DMs, story replies), so we know they are real and must never be removed.
- Clearly flag any “unsure” accounts in the log instead of removing them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and cleaning Instagram accounts.
- Strong judgement in distinguishing real humans from bots using:
- Profile picture and bio.
- Posting history and content quality.
- Followers/following ratio and overall activity.
- Engagement activity (real comments vs spam, likes over time).
- Strictly manual work only: no bots, mass-removal tools, or third-party automation.
- Reliable communication and end-of-week summary of:
- How many accounts were reviewed and removed.
- Any patterns in fake followers.
- Updated list of engaged/real followers identified.
