The task is clear: every DM, comment, and Story reaction that lands in our Instagram inbox needs a warm, on-brand reply—usually in Indonesian, occasionally in English—within a few hours at most.
Here’s what the day looks like: you open Meta Business Suite (or any Instagram inbox tool you prefer), work toward inbox zero, tag recurring questions, and escalate product or shipping issues to me when needed. Along the way you’ll keep a simple Google Sheet or Notion page updated so we can track response times, common pain points, and fresh FAQ ideas.
Deliverables I expect each week:
• An Instagram inbox that’s fully cleared at least once per day
• A concise summary of trending questions and any urgent issues that popped up
