Include 1200 products in Zencart with tittle, photo and 2 prices

I would need to include 1200 products in my Zencart webstore. All products will have a tittle, an image (JPG provided by me), 2 prices (by atributes), and a sort number. The store is running on Zencart 1.5.7 and work should be done either manually or thru XLS/SQL rule.
