Image super resolution and denoising using deep learning

I am looking for a skilled deep learning expert to work on my project of image super resolution and denoising. The desired output resolution for the images is 8x, and I prefer to use GAN (Generative Adversarial Network) as the deep learning model. I have a specific dataset that I would like to be used for training the model.
