Image & Video data collection project in US

Hope you are doing fine.
We are looking for freelancers from United states, for a very interesting Image & Video data collection project. The objective of this project is to enhance the image recognition of AI system. Below are the details of this project:
Total photos and videos required:
Photos: 33,000 photos, evenly distributed between both the six Storefront Categories and the eleven City Sites listed below (500 photos per Storefront Category per City Site)
Videos: 6,600 videos, evenly distributed between both the six Storefront Categories and the eleven City Sites listed below (100 videos per Storefront Category per City Site). The length of the videos will be 10-20 seconds.
We need 25 participants (freelancers) for each of the below mentioned cities. We would like to know if you can build a team in any of the city. If yes, we will pay you additionally as recruitment fee for each of the participant. Please advise the same.
Storefront Categories: restaurants, food, beauty stores, bars & nightlife, shopping, arts (e.g., museums, performance venues, theatres, etc.)
Cities: San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, San Antonio, San Diego, Dallas, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Seattle
Device: iPhone 10 or higher iPhone version to click photos and for making short videos. It is mandatory to us e iPhone 10 or higher version.
Please note that a participant (freelancer) can click a maximum of 20 photos per Storefront Category and make a maximum of 8 videos per Storefront Category. So, a single freelancer can click 120 photos and 48 videos in total since there are 6 storefront categories in this project.
Timelines of the delivery: 1-4 weeks.
