ICD-10 & CPT Coding -- 2

I need an experienced medical coder who can dive into our patient charts, review every note, lab, and op-report, then assign the correct ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes so our insurance billing is clean and our internal analytics stay reliable. You’ll be working directly inside our EHR; full access credentials will be supplied before the first batch drops, so you can pull source documentation yourself rather than rely on exports.
We run the workflow through 3M Encoder, so you must already be comfortable navigating that platform’s grouper logic and edits. If you also know your way around other hospital systems such as EPIC or Cerner, that’s a welcome bonus, but 3M proficiency is non-negotiable.
Deliverables for each assigned batch:
• A completed code set (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) entered in the EHR and mirrored in a summary spreadsheet.
• Brief rationale notes for any code that could be disputed, citing the exact documentation line.
• A completion status update so billing can transmit on schedule.
Acceptance criteria:
• ≥95 % coding accuracy verified by a random dual audit.
• Turnaround time no longer than 48 hours per batch once records are released to you.
