Human Resources Recruiter

We’re looking for a Human Resources Recruiter to join us on a contract basis to support our team in sourcing and screening qualified candidates. This role is ideal for an experienced HR recruiter who understands how to identify top talent and drive a smooth, professional interview process.

Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools

Conduct phone screens and first-round interviews for a variety of roles

Manage interview coordination and candidate communication
