UK Hospitality Job Hunting Expert

I am looking for an adept person that can sift through UK job websites, including but not limited to Indeed, Total Jobs, and Monster, hunting for hospitality jobs. The primary focus will be on employers posting jobs, with agencies and recruitment companies excluded.
I need the company name, any email addresses, number and a decision maker if possible.
Ensure all positions are recently posted because all data must be new and easily able to be verified.
This is the most important part, make sure all data is recent. So filter the jobs being recruited for on the job site to recently uploaded.
Please note:
- You will need to furnish me with documentation of past work related to this project. Experience in job hunting, specifically restaurant jobs, will be a significant edge.

- Familiarity with UK jobsites
- Experience in online job hunting
- A background in or understanding of the hospitality sector, particularly restaurants.
