Hospitality Income Audit & Admin Support
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for someone who has already worked on the hotel side of the hospitality business and understands how nightly revenue figures, room allocations, and ancillary charges all roll up into a clean daily report. Your main focus will be cross-checking revenues against source documents, entering updated inventory records, and turning those figures into concise financial summaries that management can rely on.
You’ll be working almost exclusively in Microsoft Excel, so advanced functions, pivot tables, and error-proof formula building should feel second nature to you. If you have built or maintained audit spreadsheets for a hotel before, that experience will transfer perfectly here.
Core deliverables I’ll need from you:
• Daily revenue discrepancy sheet with highlighted variances
• Continuously updated inventory ledger tied back to purchase and usage data
• End-of-week financial summary ready for management review
• Light administrative updates (filing, naming, and archiving supporting docs)
Accuracy is everything in this role; even a small mismatch can cascade through to the month-end close. Please be prepared to double-check your own work before submitting each item. If that sounds like your normal routine, let’s get started.
