DST Contact Research Guidelines
Goal of Research Task
Generate a verified and segmented list of 5,000 hospital and healthcare organization contacts across the Southeastern United States, segmented into four priority categories. This list will be used to support sales and marketing campaigns related to DST’s infrastructure, construction, and clinical technology services.

The organization must be located in one of the following states:
• Florida
• Georgia
• North Carolina
• South Carolina
• Alabama
• Tennessee
• Kentucky
• Mississippi
• Arkansas
• Louisiana
Remote employees of these organizations may be included, but the organization itself must be headquartered or operate within the states above.

Deliver the list in either Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheet format with the following fields:

Required:
• Validated, deliverable email addresses only. Use verification tools (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Hunter.io) to confirm accuracy.
• Emails must be professional (organization-affiliated), not personal (no Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
• Phone numbers should preferably be direct lines or department-level numbers (not general reception lines unless unavoidable).
Preferred:
• LinkedIn profile link or relevant biography
• Confirmation of employment from hospital website or LinkedIn
• Size and scope of organization (bed count, number of sites)
