Hire and train new customer service agents

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager for our team. The right candidate will be responsible for overall performance and service provided by the Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Manager is ultimately responsible for the delivery of quality warranty service and customer satisfaction. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
