I have a daily queue of client claims that need to be keyed into a web form. The form itself is very straightforward—just a few fields for name, email, phone and other information—so the real challenge is simply keeping pace.
Every morning I will send you an file spreadsheet that already contains all the data. Before you submit the claim form, I need you to give each line a fast sanity-check: make sure the email address is properly formatted, confirm phone numbers aren’t missing digits, and spot any obviously blank or mismatched cells. Once that’s done, you paste the details into the online form and hit submit. My target is ≈ 500 completed submissions per day, and the system automatically logs each successful entry, so we’ll both be able to track progress in real time.
Accuracy is more important than sheer speed, but I’m counting on you to move briskly so we clear the queue the same day the sheet arrives. If you’re comfortable working, have a steady internet connection, and can maintain focus for repetitive tasks, you’ll do well with this project.
