High Precision PDF to DOC Conversion

Hi All,
This is going to be a long-term relationship if you'd like to.
Looking for OCR experts to format (recreate) PDFs into EDITABLE Docs, with high accuracy, and mimic the PDFs layout. (You can use OCR to extract text, and then start formatting the file manually to look the same as the source.)
No RAW OCR would be accepted.
The end use of this is Translation (you don't translate).
The expected volume of weekly work is going to be high (weekly +70 pages) and the quality should be as neat and perfect as possible
You should have advanced MS Word skills, as well as professional OCR skills (preferably using Abbyy FineReader or Acrobat Adobe)
I need more than 2 freelancers.

(Some files are easy, some files are a bit complicated like the sample, so I'm showing you the hard one first.

1- 0.5$ per page fixed, confirm it's Ok, if not, no need to apply.
