Help w. Dropbox Issue

Having a hard time understanding the Dropbox GUI. Lost the synch folder on my windows 10 laptop. Need to clean out Dropbox folder in the cloud so my team can collaborate on a single file which we have. Need to make sure my team can individually synch to the single master file in Dropbox in the cloud.
