Hard Copy to Word Conversion

I need 55 pages of hard copy documents converted to digital format in Microsoft Word.

Requirements:
- 45 pages contain simple text, some of these pages have pictures and I am happy for the pictures NOT be included.
-10 pages include tables (formatted exactly as in hard copy).
-Some tables include instructions and instructional images, which should be embedded in the document.
- Standard text formatting is required; custom styles or exact hard copy formatting are not necessary.
