Handwritten Notes Transcribed to Word

I have a collection of handwritten notes that I need converted into clean, error-free Microsoft Word documents. The notes are straightforward, with no tables, diagrams, or unusual formatting—just plain text that must be typed accurately and laid out consistently.

Here’s what I expect:
• Every page of handwriting typed verbatim into a .docx file
• Correct spelling and punctuation, retaining original line breaks where they add clarity
• A single Word file per source set, or one consolidated file if you find that more efficient—let me know your preference before you begin
• Delivery of the completed Word files plus a brief log of any words you could not decipher, marked with the corresponding page numbers
