Handwritten Notes Transcribed Precisely

I have a set of handwritten notes that I need transcribed into a clean, editable document. Accuracy is critical: every word, number, and symbol must be captured exactly as written. Several passages reference sources, so the finished file must include proper footnotes in their correct locations—please use the built-in footnote feature so they remain linked to the relevant text.

Deliverables
• Fully typed document (default to Microsoft Word; I’m happy to export to PDF or Google Docs afterward if you prefer)
• All footnotes formatted and numbered exactly as in the original notes
• No spelling errors, missing lines, or layout inconsistencies
