Handwritten Notes Copy Typing

I have several pages of handwritten notes that need to be converted into editable digital text while keeping the page layout, headings, bullet points, and any underlining or emphasis exactly as they appear in the originals. Accuracy matters more than speed—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must mirror the source so the final file looks and reads just like the handwritten version.

You will receive high-resolution scans (PDF). Simply type what you see—no content editing or rewriting—then return a clean, proof-read Word document.

Deliverables
• One Microsoft Word file for each scanned note set, replicated line-for-line
• Basic spell-check complete, with any illegible words flagged in comments
• Work returned within the agreed deadline (please include an estimate of hours or days in your proposal)

Acceptance criteria
1. Text matches the original wording exactly.
2. Headings, sub-headings, bullets, indentation, and paragraph breaks follow the handwritten layout.
3. Zero typographical errors after a final proof-read.
