Handwritten Math Exam OCR & Validation

I'm looking for someone to process handwritten math exam scans using OCR and then validate all the output from the OCR
- The handwriting is moderately legible, so manual validation will be necessary.
- All scans are in PDF format.
Ideal skills include experience with OCR (Google, Amazon Textract, or others), and attention to detail for manual validation.
We have over 11,000 exam responses that need to be reviewed and validated and therefore are looking for firms with significant experience doing this work.
