Greek Recipe Typing Assistant

I’ll be dictating a set of handwritten family recipes to you, all in Greek, and I need each one captured quickly and accurately in a clean digital format. The collaboration will run for about twenty days, roughly five hours per day, so steady availability and reliability matter as much as typing speed.

Everything will be done exclusively in Greek—ingredients, instructions, notes—so you’ll need fault-free spelling, correct accents, and a feel for culinary terminology. While we work, I expect you to structure each recipe neatly: a clear title, an ingredients list, and numbered preparation steps. A short spell-check and basic formatting (bold headers, consistent units) before you hand over the file will keep us both efficient.

I’m happy with Word, Google Docs, or another word-processor you prefer, as long as I receive a daily folder of finished recipes and, at the end, one master document that compiles the full set.
