Grab emails from 430 websites

Hello everyone! I need to data grab from 430 websites, you can find the list here:

and I need these data in the excel file (the first 2 are already into the pdf file and only the third and last is/are to grab into the web, scanning all the urls of these 430 websites ):
column 1) company name (example: A.D.R. S.P.A.)
column 2) website url (example: https://www.sassellese.it/ )
column 3) email/pec (example: info AT sassellese.it; vendite AT sassellese.it )
