Google Spreadsheet Expert

Looking for a Google Spreadsheet expert to help with a data analysis project. Specifically, I need assistance with recreating the current spreadsheet that we are using and make it more efficient and add other functionalities that we need. We need the spreadsheet to provide us with live numerical values instead of estimates.
