Google Sheets for Student Service Tracking
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for someone who can set up a Google Sheets spreadsheet to track my students' community service hours. I would also like to create an easy entry form that populates into the spreadsheet. I need automated email notifications to be sent to both the student and the student's parent whenever new data is entered.
- I would like a tab that shows totals for number of students per grade, community service hours complete, students who have zero hours completed, students that have met their required hours and graphs that show over school progress towards meeting community service hour requirements
Key requirements include:
- The entry form should include fields for:
- Student name
- Service activity and hours
- Date and location of service
- The form should be user-friendly and accessible for easy data entry.
