Google Sheets Development for Factory Management

I'm looking for an expert in Google Sheets who can help me develop a comprehensive tracking system for my manufacturing factory.

Key Areas of Focus:
- Inventory Management: The primary purpose of this Google Sheets setup will be to keep track of our inventory. This includes raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished goods.
- Production Schedule: The Google Sheets should also include a detailed production schedule. Key elements to be incorporated are:
- Machine Availability: Tracking which machines are free and when.
- Raw Material Status: Knowing when we need to reorder supplies or if we have enough for the upcoming production runs.
- Shift Allocation: Keeping track of which employees are allocated to which shifts and on which machines.

Automation: I need the Google Sheets to have automatic updates. This could include stock levels, machine availability, etc. Ideally, the system should be able to update itself in real-time, or at least at regular intervals throughout the day.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets is a must, including experience with advanced functions and possibly Google Apps Script for automation.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment would be a huge plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand complex systems.
- Strong communication skills to ensure all parts of the system are clear and easy to use.
