Google Sheets Basics & Drive Integration

I'm looking for a Google Sheets specialist who can teach me how to set up spreadsheets.

I'm a beginner and I want to learn:

- Basic functions and formulas
- Integration with Google Drive

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Experience teaching beginners
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
I am in commercial real estate and some knowledge in this area would be beneficial.
