Google Sheet formulation for sales pipeline

Stage of sales cycle (numbered between 1 and 4). When a rep enters a new pitch on the tracker it pulls into another tab under total volume of revenue out for a specific project. The reps will also move a sale to the next stage and it will change colour based on the stage (1-4). Basically looking for someone super skilled in Sheet formula's as this is probably a relatively basic ask but beyond my ability.
