Agreement for Competitor Redressal Submissions and Edits
Purchaser and Freelancer

Scope of Work:
This agreement is made between the Purchaser and Freelancer for the purpose of reporting exactly 200 Google Business listings with fake addresses. Freelancer agrees to perform the following tasks:
Use Google Suggest an Edit to flag 200 listings with fraudulent addresses, as provided by the Purchaser.
Submit Google Business Redressal Forms for each identified listing, using evidence provided by the Purchaser, ensuring compliance with Google’s policies.
Requirements:
Freelancer agrees to the following:
Must have access to 100 active, legitimate GMAIL accounts.
Must have experience with both Google Suggest an Edit and Redressal Form submissions.
Must provide proof of completion for both the Suggest an Edit and Redressal form submissions for each GMAIL account and business listing.
The Purchaser Will Provide:
A list of 200 business listings using fraudulent addresses.
Photo evidence and/or screenshots that show violations of Google’s policies to support the redressal submissions.
Deliverables:
Freelancer agrees to deliver the following:
Proof of submission (including screenshots) for each GMAIL account used to both suggest an edit and submit a redressal form for each fraudulent business listing.
Regular progress updates on the status of submissions, including any relevant responses from Google.
The complete Python script used to automate the task, along with a short explanation of the script and any other resources or tools used during the process.
Timely communication throughout the process to ensure transparency and consistent progress.
Payment Terms:
Total payment for the task is $400.
50% ($200) will be paid upfront, with the remaining 50% ($200) paid upon successful completion of the task.
In addition, the Purchaser agrees to leave a perfect review for Freelancer after the work is completed.
Timeline:
Freelancer agrees to complete the task within 7 to 14 days from the start date.
