Get following list from TikTok Account

I need a freelancer to create a detailed list of usernames of the following associated with a TikTok account. This list should include all the accounts that the TikTok account is following, and I need this project completed as soon as possible. I am not looking for the followers' email addresses or other details, just the usernames will suffice.
