Generate PDF Salary Slip

I need a clean, professional-looking salary slip produced in PDF format. A standard, commonly accepted layout is perfectly fine—I’m not supplying a custom design.

The document must show:
• Complete employee information (name, ID, designation, pay period, etc.)
• A clear breakdown of earnings and deductions, with gross and net pay totals calculated accurately
• Basic company details such as name, address, and logo placeholder

Please set up the template so I can reuse it in the future by simply changing the data. Deliver a ready-to-print PDF and the editable source file you use to generate it (Excel, Word, or similar) so minor updates are easy on my end.
