GPS Location Data for Built Environment Assets

We are looking for the GPS location data for approximately 2000 buildings accross 1 city, full list of building names to be provided to selected bidder. The GPS data for the buildings must be accurate and centered on the buildings actual location. The format required for the GPS is Decimal degrees (DD): 41.40338, 2.17403.
