I have 100-200 furniture items at our Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu site that already carry barcodes. Your task is to scan each code with your smartphone, record the condition of every piece in the web form I’ll provide, and sync the data immediately after each entry. Please clear your browser cache before starting so the session runs smoothly.
Once the scan-and-remark pass is complete, compare the physical count with the Fixed Asset Register figures and note any shortages. When both sheets match, export the final report, stamp and sign it, then drop the signed copy in our WhatsApp group for quick approval.
