Full-Time Sales VA for Startup Lead Generation

I’m a Growth Operations Partner who helps founders streamline backend operations, reduce costs, and grow faster through better systems.

I’m looking for a reliable full-time Sales Virtual Assistant to help me source qualified leads from alternative channels (not LinkedIn or cold email). Your mission is to find startup founders, COOs, and ops managers using platforms like Facebook Groups, Reddit, Markerreach, Clutch, and event websites.

This is a long-term opportunity with stable monthly pay and potential bonuses for consistent, high-quality work.

-Your Responsibilities:

Find and qualify startup leads from:

Facebook Groups (startups, SaaS, services)

Reddit (r/startups, r/SaaS, r/entrepreneur)

Markerreach, Clutch, Google Maps

Event sites (SaaStr, Web Summit, GITEX)

Record data into Google Sheets:

Name, Title, Company, Website, Email (if public)

Country, Source link/screenshot, Trigger or note

Keep daily progress organized and accurate

-You Should Have:

Strong research and data skills

Fluent English (written + reading)

Experience with Google Sheets

Familiarity with Hunter, Markerreach (a plus)

Understanding of startup decision-makers and triggers

- Pay & Terms:

$500/month fixed

Full-time: 6–8 hrs/day, Mon–Fri

Paid monthly

Long-term role with optional performance bonuses
