I’m looking for a reliable, full-time virtual assistant to keep my real-estate pipeline humming. Day to day you’ll live inside Follow Up Boss (FUB), BrokerMint qand todoist—adding new leads, updating contact details, tagging prospects, and assigning follow-up tasks so every opportunity moves forward smoothly.
Beyond data entry, I’ll rely on you to research and source fresh seller and buyer leads, drop them straight into FUB, and set up the appropriate action plans. Accurate, on-time updates are critical; when a client calls, I need the record to be right there and current. Transaction management is a must
