In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website, eBay, and Amazon platforms. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our online presence is up-to-date, user-friendly, and competitive in terms of pricing. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Website Management: Regularly update and maintain our company website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing information, and images.
E-commerce Platforms: Manage our presence on eBay and Amazon, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and optimizing content for maximum visibility and sales.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to monitor competitor prices, promotions, and strategies. Adjust our prices and offers accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Product Catalog Management: Ensure our product catalog is complete, accurate, and organized on all platforms, including categorization, attributes, and descriptions.
Image Management: Optimize product images for visual appeal and consistency across platforms.
Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns related to website and e-commerce platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports and insights to improve overall performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align product promotions, campaigns, and other initiatives with our online platforms.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the e-commerce and digital marketing space.
Requirements:
Previous Experience: Proven experience in managing websites, eBay, and/or Amazon platforms. Familiarity with e-commerce tools, content management systems (CMS), and marketplace policies is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and image editing software. Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, eBay Seller Center, and Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and content across platforms.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize website and e-commerce performance.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
