Freelance Recruiters Needed for Talent Sourcing (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Australia)
Budget: $50 – $100 AUD
I am looking to hire freelance recruiters in Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Australia to source new talent through live, face-to-face recruiting. The deliverables include:
- Full name
- Phone/WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Instagram or TikTok account
Target: 100 candidates per country.
Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates aged 16–45 years old.
- Slim/petite and fitness-oriented body figure.
- Confident in front of the camera and comfortable with diverse photo sessions and outfit styles.
- New to modeling or with no prior experience in the industry (not seeking established models or candidates from modeling agencies).
This project is for a global firm in the modeling and fashion industry with 20 branches worldwide. We are seeking fresh talent for upcoming projects in 2026. This is an initial phase, and based on performance, there could be opportunities for further collaboration or even long-term contracts/employment.
