Check Factory CCTV Footage for Fraud/Theft

Requirements:
- Own a computer/laptop (preferably with a large screen)
- Attention to detail while playing back watching CCTV footage
- Fluent in playback & fast forward of video using VLC Media Player
- Knows how to use Google Docs & Spreadsheets

Tasks:
- Check CCTV footage (1 month period) for any irregularities (especially theft)
- Count the number of plastic sacks when in enters the warehouse (goods may enter the warehouse several times a day, but mostly in the hour before lunch break & at 3-4 o'clock in the afternoon) and also the amount of plastic sacks that goes in to the delivery car in the morning at 8-9 o'clock
Number of plastic sacks that goes in to the warehouse in a day is not more than 100.
Number of plastic sacks that goes into delivery in a day is not more than 200.
- Check performance of employees when the owner is not around (especially employees who work in the night shift)
- Taking Snaps/Screenshots of goods when they enter the warehouse
- Check whether numbers on shared spreadsheet we will provide matches with the number of goods really going into the warehouse through watching the CCTV footage
- Files of CCTV recordings will be shared on Google Drive & to be downloaded by you
- Flexible Working Hours (work at any time you wish)
- Able to give a report of findings via google docs & messaging app.

Incentive:
- $10 for a day watched (total of CCTV footage is roughly 40 days, so about $400 will be paid in total if every day has been reported to me)
- Get paid equal to the amount of theft spotted (2% of the value of goods stolen)
One plastic sack of raw materials / goods sold is roughly $50.
You get $1 for every plastic sack that is stolen/missing
And 2% of any loss of inventory you spot (we receive, move & deliver up to $10,000 worth of inventory around everyday. So 2% of $10000 stolen in a month is $200 to you. The amount this commission has no limit, so the more theft you spot and report, the more you will be paid.

- Cek rekaman cctv (jangka waktu 1 bulan) untuk segala kejanggalan (terutama pencurian)
- Lewat rekaman cctv hitung jumlah karung plastik yg masuk & keluar dari gudang dalam sehari (barang naik ke dalam mobil pengiriman di pagi hari sekitar jam 8-9, barang masuk ke gudang beberapa kali dalam sehari, tapi terutama di 1 jam sebelum istirahat & saat sore sekitar jam 3-4)
- Cek kinerja karyawan (terutama karyawan yang bekerja di shif malam)
- Rekaman CCTV akan dibagi dalam bentuk External Hard Disk
- WFH (Work From Home) & Flexible Working Hours (kerja dalam waktu sendiri)
- Wajib laporan minimal sekali dalam sehari


Gaji: 3.000.000 - 5.000.000
Bonus: 2% x angka kerugian atas perusahaan yang berhasil ditemukan
