Format and editing headings and index of google docs document

I need help formatting and editing the headings and index in a GoogleDoc document that is just over 50 A4 pages long (it is actually 100+ A5 pages in size) . I don't need any images or graphics added, and I just need the document formatted to an easy read style. So the index at the start is to reflect the correct page numbers in the document. And the headings are to be correctly formatted. It's nearly done, I just need some help completing it. I'm looking for someone to work on this project as soon as possible. Thank you. Mardie
