Food tracker

I'm looking for a creative individual to assist my charity in solving a simple problem. What I'm currently looking for essentially would be a map of Ecuador so I can add data and show the different foods that grow in different areas (provinces) of the country Ecuador. I would like a mix of 2 maps below in which I can add and take data away.
