Finding contacts of pharmacy leads in some US states
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We need to find the contact details (explained below) of the owners or decision makers of 50 pharmacy leads based in the mentioned US states. These details should be filled in the Google Sheet we provide (including example pharmacy leads).
Lead Criteria:
- An independent pharmacy (single store, small-sized chain, compounding, specialty, or online) pharmacy.
- The massive chains like CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, etc are not targeted.
- Based in any of the following states (in order):
- Pennsylvania
- West Virginia
- Maryland
WHY
We will be running an email campaign to reach out to the owners/managers of these pharmacies to offer them our mobile app solution. So we need the contact info of the decision makers (owners or managers).
HOW
You should fill the data of into this Google sheet (like the filled examples):

Steps:
- Go to the NCPA pharmacy locator link:
https://ncpa.org/pharmacy-locator
- In the first box enter the state name (e.g. Pennsylvania)
- In the second box select 50 mi, and leave the Category box empty.
- Click SEARCH, and then look for pharmacies with website links.
- Open the website and fill pharmacy related data.
- Then mine for the email of the owner or manager of the pharmacy using your own tools and techniques. Make sure that the found email is valid and verified.
- Then fill all other data related to that owner/manager.
- If you found more than one decision maker (e.g. multiple founders), then enter them in a separate line as described in the guidelines below.
Guidelines:
- All fields from Box Name to Notes are related to the pharmacy itself.
- Always set Pharmacy Name = Box Name
- If the pharmacy doesn’t have a domain (i.e no website), you must enter a facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter link at least. If they don’t have any of that, just skip it.
- Put anything noteworthy you found in the Notes field (e.g. their website domain is down for maintenance).
- All fields from First Name to Contact Twitter are related to the contact person.
- In case there are 2 or more contact persons (like in the example), you simply write a new row for each additional contact, with the same Box Name of the pharmacy, and only fill fields related to the contact person.
- If some information does not exist, just leave the field blank.
- All contact emails must be verified.
WHEN
I need the sheet filled with these 50 leads by the next 3 days. This should be a relatively quick job, and if successful, we will request more leads using similar requirements.
Before we accept to start work with you, we need to do a quick trial. Please ask about that trial in your proposal to be eligible.
