Find 1200 musicians' birth and death dates

We will provide a list of 1200 musicians who played in US symphony orchestras from the 1880s to the present. The list includes each musician's name, instrument, orchestras, and the first and last year of their orchestral career. For deceased musicians, you will fill in each musician's birth date and death date, with a link to the internet source you used (usually an obituary or familysearch.org). For living musicians, there is no death date but you will often find the birth year (not month or day) in published sources (e.g., Wikipedia, WhitePages, news story, concert notes.).
