Find and enter data from social media platforms onto a spreadsheet

I'm looking for suitable prospects to reach out to and I need somebody to help me find those prospects on social media platforms like youtube, Instagram, etc. I'll have that person enter the prospect's domain (URL), name of the brand, personal name, the product they're selling, and a compliment for the prospect.
