I'm seeking a dedicated professional who can identify and reach out to 50-100 genre-specific and national radio stations, with a special focus on Christian or Family Friendly Stations. These stations can be FM or Internet radio stations. The stations must be based in the United States or Canada.
We may be open to the UK, Australia and Europe. But as before you contact stations outside our requirements.
We will provide the entire email you must send. You will not need to provide any copy. You will not do any content creation or writing. Just use what we provide you for the email.
You will only contact stations by email. Social media is okay too if you provide our content in the message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Google search and other platforms to identify and compile a list of 50-100 radio stations that fit the criteria.
- Send a pre-written email to each station, detailing the purpose and introduction of the project.
- Ensure the email includes my contact information and a request to explore potential collaboration or partnership.
- Track the outreach efforts and responses for reporting purposes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in email outreach or similar tasks is highly desired.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to accurately identify and vet radio stations based on genre and national coverage.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey the project's purpose and encourage collaborative opportunities.
- Attention to detail and time management to handle the outreach to a significant number of stations.
