Budget: $11 – $15 SGD
Job Title:
Fieldwork Surveyor / Interviewer / Data Collection / Traffic Counters
Location: Singapore East Region (Mostly air-conditioned)
6-month / 1-year contract with the option to renew
($11-$15 / hour), approximately 8-hour shift
Transport allowance for night shift
Job Scope:
- Input traffic counting and observation information onto a tablet
- Approach respondents to conduct short surveys using a tablet
- Able to handle respondents’ queries and feedback, customer service oriented
- Ensure all data collected are accurately input into the system
- Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely
Job requirements and expectations:
- Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
- Proficient in the use of iOS or Android tablets
- Past experience in customer service, traffic counting or as market research surveyor /interviewer would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Selected candidates will need to undergo 1-2 days of paid training
- At least 6 months commitment is required
- Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between)
